A True Boulder Local
Boulder County has been my home since 1979. I attended Burke Elementary (now Horizons K-8), Southern Hills Middle School, Fairview High School, and CU, and currently live in Louisville with my husband where we have raised our sons. The beautiful Flatirons have been the background of my life.
What I Bring to Your Real Estate Journey
My professional career spans decades of customer-focused work including being a small-business owner and a consultant for non-profits. I absolutely love helping people. I approach interactions with creative problem solving, empathy, and clear, efficient communication. I focus on what matters most to you. My goal is for all my clients to feel their process is smooth, informed, and genuinely supported.
Life in the Community I Love
Outside of work, you'll find me hiking in the foothills, camping in our vintage VW camper, doing Pilates, spending time with friends and family, playing classical piano (especially Chopin and Beethoven), and sewing.
Aging Considerations
The stages of our lives influence where and how we live. Young professionals value living closer to work. Families need room for children to play and grow. Empty nesters may want to downsize and travel more. And older adults often seek living spaces that require lower overall maintenance, fewer or no stairs, wider doorframes, etc. I am especially passionate about helping ease the stress for our aging population as they navigate a transition. There are many wonderful resources available in this area that I share with my clients.
I have received the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) Designation by the National Association of REALTORS®. This designation provides training and resources for agents who are committed in helping seniors and their families navigate moving transitions.
Honored to Serve
Joining WK Real Estate is a natural extension of my Boulder roots and commitment to service. It would be a privilege to help you find the home and community you're excited to call your own.
